Upon requesting an order, you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms and conditions.

Completion may take up to 4 - 5 weeks depending on the complexity.

Clients will be updated on sketch, lineart, and coloring progress. They are free to ask for progress at any time. I will also update my progress on Trello for easier tracking.

JPG and PNG files will be sent through email.

Major changes can only be made during the sketching phase. Minor revisions are ok! Major changes during lineart / color / finishing phase will cost extra fee. If there is any error from my side, the revision will not have any additional cost.

I may refuse your proposal if I don't think I'm able to execute your character well, or if it goes against my terms of service.

Full payment upfront through PayPal invoice (USD) or bank transfer (IDR) after a sketch is agreed. IDR price is for Indonesian only.

Further progress will not be made until payment is completed.

Payment will be fully or partially refunded (depending on the progress) if I cannot complete your commission due to personal reasons.

Clients are allowed to use their commissioned artwork for personal-use only (icons, individual print, non-commercial merch, etc ok!). It is forbidden to use the artwork for profit or business.

Your artwork may be posted on my social media or used in my portfolio. If you want to keep your commissioned artwork private, please let me know!

Do not convert my artwork into a NFT or use it for generative AI. As the artist, I reserve full rights and ownership of the artwork.
